I received my oils in exactly seven days from the date of my order. This
quite surprised me as the post to Bahrain is notoriously slow. I appreciate
the Lemongrass oil gift which was a very pleasant surprise as it is one of
my favourite oils and I was going to be ordering it next. All of the oils

I just recieved my Kobashi oils yesterday, and I have to say they are wonderfull. I have used Dr. Gary Youngs Young Living oils, and I feel that I am paying for more than essential oils (for example I think I am paying for their business trips so they can brainwash us on their beliefs). He speaks on how he was inspired by other countries, but I am not sure if he has adopted all of their science. Nor does he offer any recommendations on what companies offer the oils that inspired him to start here in America. One of Young Living's mottos is "if you cant eat it, dont wear it" and I have to say I dont agree with that statement at all, but it is convincing alot of people that they are the only ones who offer pure organic non-toxic oils. I love Kobashi prices and value. I got a free gift of patchouli and it was one of the best gifts I have gotten in long time. Also, I ordered the lavender and I personally think it is better than any lavender I have ever used. Not only did you send me a free gift and great oils, you also provided me with a fact sheet on the oils to ensure proper use. I was wondering if you have any books or other info on your oils. I am hooked and will continue to be a customer and friend.

today i received the oils. they, miraculously, arrived right on my desk, its very unusual for saudi arabia. the last time i ordered them on the net (from Canada), i had to pay custom's duty and literally fight for them at the customs. it was such a relief to receive them within a week and in perfect shape ! im very happy with the service, the shipment period and the shipment charges..........the oils are no doubt very good ! im not sure which 5ml extras i have received as a gift even though the quanitities of the two 2.5 mls that i requested, seem more.....anyhow, it has been a pleasure dealing with ur company and i definitely want to buy more from u in future.

I received the parcel yesterday. That is only 5 working days to reach Singapore! I'm really glad because we'll be having guest over our house tommorrow evening; and I would be able to use the oils.

The organic lavender is really great. This is the first time I smell such true quality lavender oil and I've tried quite a few in the past. Its certainly not the nicest smelling one but there are depths and roundness that indicate something living and complete in it. I'm very statisfied with this one.

Will feedback on the thyme + basil after I use it for awhile 'cause I've no previous experience with them to compare to. Have not open the rose and neroli yet, so no comment on those also.

I received my order just fine. This is not the first time however that I have used Kobashi oils. I have been involved with EO`s now for over a year, being introduced to oils through a friend who used Young Living oils. I loved the oils and what they did to change my life. All I knew about EO was what I learned from YL. My passion for the oils took me to other sources to read anything I could get my hands on about EO`s and aromatherapy. With all this research I had been doing it didn`t make sense to me that the
only quality therapeutic oils available was through YL as they made it sound. The cost of their oils was killing me! So I started looking else where. And I looked everywhere I could think of. While searching the net I came across many companies but none sounded good enough for my fears I had. Until I found your site. You just sounded to me that you care allot about keeping the oils pure and therapeutic and I liked your philosophy on this world we live in and our responsibilities we have to keeping it the best it
can be. Your company I felt was worth giving a try.

My daughter is also very into using EO`s and also skeptical about trying other companies, being sold on the quality of YL as I was. But she too wanted an alternative place to buy oils. Being I didn`t have a credit card at the time and she did she made out first order for us. And has continued until recently when I was able to purchase for myself.

After trying your oils I was so excited I had to tell everyone I knew who used EO`s to try kobashi. Your oils had wonderful therapeutic effects and I knew then that your oils are as good [maybe better] than YL. And I must tell you that everyone here has tried and love your oils. The amount it cost me to buy oils from you are more than half of what I spent before. I only wish that I could get from you more carrier oils and things of that nature being I do a lot of my own blending. I am totally sold, and satisfied with kobashi. You might, however, want to look into using recylable or bio-degradable packing materials. People that buy this kind of thing tend to be more environmentally aware. I think it would more more in keeping with your company's conscious profile

We have tried more environmental packaging in the past. This has been an ongoing dilemma. We tried wheat starch puffs, but we had more breakages, as they crush on shipping and they attracted rodents. Also many are too heavy such as wood wool and recycled cardboard, which we still have in stock and use when appropriate. Our parcels can weight from a letter to 600 kilos. I have looked into getting a machine that inflates PP bags at different sizes, but it wasn't cost effective and I don't think it would have achieved much. We do have a paper shredder and all of it ends up in packages sent. We also purchase recycled boxes and shredded paper from Mike Stone a local recycler. The bubble wrap we use is the thinnest we can find that won't collapse, as we tried thinner and we had increased breakages.

Recently we purchased ten thousand 100ml PETG cobalt blue bottles. The supplier of our 25,000 250ml PETE cobalt blue bottles said they would not put the recycle symbol on the bottle because by law they didn't have to under 100mls. I paid another company to put it on the bottom of the bottle we just received.

The mixed feeling thing about this planet and our present incarnation: companies (people) have to survive and decay, just as the animals in the wild and the super novas generate, survive and decay.

It would be nice to find a light weight, strong and recyclable material that is biodegradable. Recyclable and biodegradable is a hard feat to achieve, as the more biodegradable the weaker the recoverability, if we are speaking of packing materials. But out of this puzzle there is always an answer.

The heavier a package gets the more fuel it takes to run the trucks and planes: such as when using glass. Think if you add a pound or two to the millions of parcels sent every day; how that would contribute to fuel emissions. Also when the weight of the parcel goes up the prices for the products goes with it.

Todays best compromise may be using lighter recyclable products, that for now have to stay in the chain of recyclables. I'm always open to something that will work. If you have any ideas I will be open minded to them.

I have ordered from Kobashi for a few years now...some of my comments are still listed on the testimonial pages. I am asked almost daily about how "wonderful" I smell...and what I'm wearing. I tell them "Kobashi" oils and to just go online...they are a company in England whose oils and customer service is extraordinary. My oil order this year is a little later than usual. I usually order in early Spring but we have had both our mom's in nursing homes this past year...one has passed away and the other is doing better. When I walk into the facility the nurses and social worker say they know I'm in the building because this wonderful aroma fills the halls. When mom was passing we diffused oils in her room to lift her spirit home. The aromastones are easily transportable...Thanks again for bringing these quality oils to the marketplace.

Thanks for sending me the shipment with the free Myrrh, which now reminds me of the true Myrrh I was expecting! Thank you also for the orange bottle.

I was delighted by the jasmine absolute, which is truly divine. ÊI had a jasmine absolute from another supplier and there is a huge difference. ÊThe one I had was from Egypt. This one seems more authentic than authentic. It penetrates the senses, and after inhalation, gets into the mouth like a candy, very sweet indeed!

I was less impressed by the dill, which has a heavy undertone, what I was not expecting. I thought it would smell like sweet Fennel, but it is much less fresh and aniseed like…

The Neroli is great, as far as I was expecting it, and so are the other essential oils.

I received the shipment the 9th of this month, so I think one week after ordering, what I am very happy with. I consulted another site (Aqua oleum’s, and the shipment price starts at 20 US dollars for Australia, which is very discouraging…Maybe the box is made of pure gold, too?)

Yes, we had a great time. The sent of Bitter and Sweet Orange Blossoms were heavenly. Got to walk amongst eucalyptus and pine groves. We found acres of wild thyme and Juniper along ocean cliffs. We found many abandoned groves of Lemon and Orange. The Algarve ( south west, Portugal) has many nice beaches and restaurants. A very good restaurant on the beach in a secluded cove is Zavial Restaurant and the Owners name is Ernesto. Another is the Boia Bar in Salema. Also did some business visiting essential oil producers and took lots of pictures; some will end up on the web.

Your parcel left on on the 22st of April. 6 working days to Louisiana is pretty good; we should have sent it out sooner, maybe we'll do better next time.

I wanted to let you know I received the oils I ordered on Feb. 18, I received them within 6 days in good condition. They smell very nice, I'll write later after using them for awhile. I have quite an extensive collection going that are Young Living Oils, the cost of your oils are much less. I like the fact that you show the GC/MS testing on each label.
I don't want to say anything bad about Young Living Oils because I do think they are so much nicer then the ones I was getting at the local Health Food Store. So the jury is still out. I'm very glad I found your web-site, and I would like to know how I can find ingredients and pricing for other products you sell, like the shampoo, oil bases, moisturizers, etc. I have searched the web quite a bit and I can only find your essential oils.
