Best regards to all behind Kobashi, I'm a first time costumer of yours, today I received my jasmine absolute and great was my joy, It does smells far better than other that I have tried, it smells really natural and there is no ''weird' chemical unnatural notes in its background, neither of the unwanted but so common dried/tea like nuances, this is by far the best jasmine absolute available to the public, besides I totally trust you guys because you really go through a lot to get the purest and at the same time highest quality oils, and that is a double hard job, It is so good to have suppliers like you, so authentic and so proffesional, I would definitely buy from you again, in fact I cant wait to try your other products,

I received my shipment today. I believe they are the purist essential oils I have ever come across. Their smells are exquisite. I quickly mixed a new fragrance for one of my clients. With a little period of aging the fragrance will bloom beautifully. Quality control is essential for perfection. I feel your company has achieved this perfection.

I received my oils , only eight days after I placed my order. Thank-you so much for the free 5ml of sweet orange oil! It smells wonderful!
I am just starting out using essential oils and love their therapeutic value. Your jasmine is amazing, and the neroli is my favorite. The rose otto wasn't what I expected, not very "rose" scented...so I find I need to mix it with the jasmine or neroli (or both) to make it smell better. Any suggestions on other oils that mix well with the rose otto would be greatly appreciated!

I have just recieved, yesterday, my last package from you.

In jeneral, I'm much in favour with your company, and your love of nature
and human-beings that can be felt easily, through the site.
And that, already, says a lot.

Usually, I'm in favour, also, with your products quality, first by KNOWING
they won't be, by any way, adultarated, for your integrity can be felt, again,
through the sensible person's intuition and knowledge, while "travelling"
in your web-site, and secondly, by using the oils for me and for others
pleasure, in the daily-life.

Yet, one remark i still have: using your flax-seed oil (organic) i have noticed that
this time, while opening the bottle from the last shippment, the oil colour was
much paler than on the previous bottles i used till now, and also his taste and aroma
were less sharp than before. (Batch no. 40908).
I would be happy to hear your comments to the issue.

Hallo.

Just writing to let you know that my order arrived safely. Looking at the package, it became very clear why the packet took so long to arrive -- it was held up, opened and inspected by the United States' Food and Drug Administration.

I am not sure how many bottles they opened, but the interior of the packet definately smelled of eucalyptus!

The sports massage oil is great and effective. I used it for a massage yesterday and the response was brilliant. Definately something I will be using for my rugby players and my marathon running husband.

Thanks for the speedy delivery. This is my first time to try your products. In H.K., the essential oil is quite expensive and the quality is so so. I found that your essential oil is in reasonable price and the texture is so pure and fresh! Your gift 'Tea Tree' is also in fresh smelling. I think it's not easy to keep such 'fresh' feeling except the product is really in high standard. For sure I will keep using your products and recommend you to my friends.
